To make the most of your membership, we recommend preparing the following before your welcome call:

◇ Accommodation Style: Whether you prefer private villas, boutique hotels, or other stays.

◇ Budget Guidelines: A general idea of your comfort range for trips and experiences.

◇ Lifestyle Preferences: Activities or services you’d like prioritized (surf, yoga, private dining, family-friendly activities, nightlife, wellness, etc.).

◇ Guest Information: If you often host family, friends, or business partners, so we can extend the same concierge benefits to them.

The call can be held in English or Spanish, depending on your preference.

◇ Membership Fee: $1300 per year, paid securely via Stripe.

◇ Duration: Valid for 12 months from the date of activation.

◇ Non-Refundable: Membership fees are non-refundable once confirmed.

◇ Renewal: Automatic renewal available. If canceled, promotional rates cannot be guaranteed for future reactivation.
