By accessing and using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1.1. Who we are

Concierge Santa Teresa is a travel concierge service specialized in customized trips and experiences in Santa Teresa, Costa Rica. Through our website we facilitate:

• Booking of tours, activities, and private transportation with local providers.

• Tailor-made concierge services (accommodation, transportation, activities, private chefs).

• Pre-designed travel packages and experiences.

1.2. Bookings & payments

• To confirm a booking, a 50% deposit of the total amount is required via Stripe or bank transfer.

• The remaining balance must be paid 30 days prior to the start of the trip.

• If the booking is made within 30 days of the start date, full payment (100%) is required at the time of reservation.

• All published prices and quotes already include Concierge Santa Teresa’s commission, but do not include tips/gratuities.

1.3. Cancellations & refunds

• Activities & tours:

  Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the scheduled date, with full refund of the deposit.

  Cancellations made less than 48 hours before imply loss of the deposit.

• Travel packages & customized services:

Cancellations up to 30 days before the start of the trip: 50% refund of the total payment.

Cancellations within 30 days of the start date: no refunds.

• In case of bad weather or force majeure preventing the service from taking place, rescheduling or refund options will be offered.

1.4. Liability

• Concierge Santa Teresa acts solely as an intermediary between the client and local providers.

• Providers are fully responsible for the execution, safety, and quality of their services.

• Concierge Santa Teresa will not be held liable for accidents, losses, or damages occurring during the provision of services.

1.5. Intellectual property

All content on this site (texts, images, logos, designs) is the property of Concierge Santa Teresa and may not be used without express authorization.

1.6. Modifications

Concierge Santa Teresa may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect from the date they are published on the website.
