Activities: Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the start.
Transportation & Concierge Planning: Cancellations up to 30 days before may be eligible for a 50% refund. In some cases (depending on the provider), a higher refund may apply.
Accommodations: Deposits are non-refundable. In select cases, we may negotiate an exception with the property.
